Dear Scott:
This is a poor attempt to
express our thanks to you for your conscientious efforts to build
Claire and I a dream house at Virginia Beach.
It was quite a thrill to
watch this project take shape. I learned a lot about general
construction watching skilled workmen start with a bare lot and some
pilings and finish with what we consider to be a wonderful residence
with many fine features and all of the conveniences that one could
wish for.
A lot goes into building a
home, especially a custom home, such as this project. Every one of the
trades worked well with the others and even complemented the work of
the others, which is high praise. We are sorry that we could not
arrange to have all the workmen here for a get together, but we are
writing to each company to thank them for their part in this project.
Claire and I have a
wonderful home at the beach and a large part of that is due to your
diligence in following up on all the details involved in completing
such a project. For this we thank you and all of the sub-contractors
that took part in this construction.
Please feel free to give
our names as references to any new prospects and thanks again for your
part in this project.

I first met Scott Page on
a jobsite that was 50% complete. As it turned out, Scott was checking
construction progress and I was in the market for a house.
Scott’s approach was not
one of trying to sell me on the house, but one of describing each
phase of development. After one additional meeting, I realized that if
I was serious about a purchase, this was the type of builder I wanted
to do business with.
Scott displayed a “hands
on” relationship from day one, giving me continued confidence
throughout the home building experience. Let’s face it, buying and
selling a home can be a traumatic experience! I realized that I had a
“partner I” my venture that guided me through each stage.
The most important fact
was that after the closing, Scott was still involved and assured me of
not only the standard warranties, but also his personal commitment to
my satisfaction. That type of devotion is hard to find.
